Refund policy

Retail Cancellation,Return and Shipping Policy – Precious Mineralz LLC

At Precious Mineralz we want your product shopping experience to be positive, including possible product cancellation or returns.  We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased through our store.

Cancellations 

If you do decide to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs of ordering and we will refund you in full within the next 2-4 business days. 

 

Refunds:

In the event that we have made a mistake, we will  send replacement product at no cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with the product 30-day returns will be accepted from the delivery date.  The following are conditions for return:

1.  The products can be returned even if they were opened.

2. In order to return product packages you are responsible for packing and shipping costs. Please return them via USPS to:

3. Product exchanges will be considered but must comply with our return policy.

4. Samples, shipping charges and promotional items, gift cards and special offers are not eligible for return.
